Seapower Marine is proud to be recently appointed by Caterpillar to be an authorized marine dealer in Queensland. Enabling Seapower to deliver specialized marine diesel engineering bringing quality and assurance for all Caterpillar engines in Queensland. Only Seapower Marine can boast specialist knowledge for all marine engines.
Spear headed by head engineer Mr Scott Evered, Scotts experience within the marine engineering industry is second to none. The only engineer in Queensland to have been factory trained in Germany at the MAN Engines and Components factory.
Scott did his apprenticeship in the UK at aged 16 and holds a trade certificate in Marine and Industrial Engineering. After many years of owning and operating a marine company in the UK, Scott headed for Australian waters and purchased Seapower Marine. As technical head of Seapower Marine Gold Coast, Scott has taken the company to new lengths, acquiring fully trained marine engineers to work along side, the company is under new management since March 2010, allowing management to procure further contracts and establish new procedures, making Seapower Marine one of the top marine engineers in Queensland.
Along side of Scott, Mr Gavon Viall, stands as the Workshop Manager and has been with Seapower Marine since 1987. His knowledge of the local industry is both extensive and unquestionable.
